ServiceNow Australia Support - CareAR for ServiceNow now supports ServiceNow instances hosted in Australia, enabling organizations in the region to deploy and operate within local data residency requirements while maintaining full CareAR functionality.
Multi-tenant Support - Each CareAR for ServiceNow edition (FSM, CSM, ITSM) can now be connected to a different CareAR tenant, providing greater flexibility for organizations managing multiple environments or business units across separate tenants.
