- Shipped out-of-the-box Workplace Services knowledge base.
- Owners and managers can be defined by the admin for the knowledge base in the Core Business Suite configuration console to ensure proper governance and content tracking.
- Shipped Now Assist search sources for Workplace Services for Knowledge article generation from workplace case table on the Knowledge center.
- Create contextually relevant articles from case tables and drive better AI-assisted content creation by enabling Knowledge Content Recommendation skill from AI skills module.
It is recommended to first install the Implementation Agent app (sn_ia), and then initiate the installation of Core Business Suite Foundation for Workplace Services from the Product Hub.
