Generative AI
This application brings AI assistance into Smart Assessments to help responders work faster without losing accuracy. When a question comes up, ServiceNow Otto surfaces answers from similar past assessments, with sources, instead of starting from scratch. Responders can review, edit, or accept suggestions, giving them full control and less repetitive work.
- AI Answer Suggestions: Shows multiple answer suggestions based on similar questions answered in the past assessments.
- AI Summary: Shows how many questions were generated and applied by AI.
- Filter for AI-Assisted Questions: Quickly filter which questions were assisted by AI.
- AI Impact Summary: Before submission, view a clear summary of AI’s contribution in the Submit Modal.

- ServiceNow Otto branding is now implemented across the Smart Assessment Engine (SAE) AI user interface. All customer-facing references to "Now Assist" in SAE AI UI elements, labels, tooltips and images have been replaced with "ServiceNow Otto".
The System Admin role is required to install this application.
