The ServiceNow Privacy Case Management application helps customers manage privacy breaches. It facilitates collaboration with key stakeholders to conduct privacy breach assessments, create investigation tasks, and manage and report breach notifications in accordance with regulatory obligations. It also helps privacy case analysts review the causes and consequences as part of the post-case review process.
