The ServiceNow Privacy Case Management application helps customers manage privacy breaches. It facilitates collaboration with key stakeholders by performing privacy breach assessments, creating investigation tasks, and managing and reporting breach notifications in accordance with regulatory obligations. It also helps privacy case analysts review the causes and consequences as part of the post-case review process.
