The ServiceNow Otto for Hardware Asset Management (HAM) application contains agentic workflows and generative AI skills that help automate:
- Sourcing, transfer, and procurement of assets upon request
- Hardware asset repair process
- Hardware asset analysis
This release rebrands Now Assist to ServiceNow Otto. Previous references to Now Assist inside Hardware Asset Workspace have been replaced with new verbiage.
