- Issue summarization: Use this generative AI skill to analyze the issue records, including the description, activity log, and remediation tasks, and generate a concise summary that captures the essential information needed.
- Recommendation of similar control objectives: Use the control objective rationalization skill to identify redundant or overlapping control objectives.
- Risk Assessment Summarization: Use the Now LLM Service to generate risk assessment summaries from inherent, residual, and target risks and control effectiveness data. These summaries highlight key factors and relevant comments, helping assessors and approvers gain actionable insights.
- Common control objective creation: Use this feature to create a common control objective by summarizing duplicate control objectives from the rationalization process.
- Privacy Case summarization: Use this generative AI feature to create a summary of Privacy case records, including all details and related information, providing quick and insightful information on the overview page.
