The Cross Connector 4 ServiceNow/SAP Solution Manager, an integral plugin within our Cross Connector 4 interface, enhances the value proposition for users leveraging Solution Manager for development and testing, concurrently utilizing ServiceNow as the primary system for capturing and tracking the entire change process. This solution offers a distinctive approach, automating ITSM processes such as change requests and incidents, thereby augmenting transparency for all users engaged in the process.
Connect ServiceNow change tasks, incident tasks with any process type tickets in SAP Solution Manager:
- Enable automated state transitions across systems
- Synchronize fields between systems
- Create a Change Document in Solution Manager directly from ServiceNow whenever necessary
Added UI Formatter to display a synchronization log inside the ticket.
All CC4 UI Actions other than for Incident are now per default activated. All Business Rules other than Business Rules for logging incoming calls are per default deactivated.
Please note that after updgrading to the new version, customized activation settings in UI Action/BusinessRules might be changed.
