ServiceNow® Legal Conflict of Interest is a Legal Practice App that enables legal teams to manage the disclosure, approval, and registry of conflict of interest that might arise from employees with competing interests or loyalties.
Employees can submit disclosures through the conversational interface of Now Assist in Virtual Agent or using the intake form in the Employee Center. The Requests are evaluated against predefined risk factors to calculate an overall risk score. Based on this score, requests are routed to the appropriate approval workflow for faster resolution.
You can install Legal Conflict of Interest separately. Or, you can install the Legal Simple Compliance suite, which includes Gifts and Entertainment Compliance, Legal Stock Preclearance, and Legal Conflict of Interest.
The Legal Conflict of Interest application has the following features:
- Disclosure of Conflict of interest requests in natural language using Now Assist in virtual agent or using intake forms for various conflict types
- The Requests are evaluated against predefined risk factors to calculate an overall risk score. Based on this score, requests are routed to the appropriate approval workflow for faster resolution.
