Improved SaaS job-failure troubleshooting with AI assistance. Enhanced error log summarization capabilities are now available to help administrators more quickly identify and troubleshoot SaaS job failures.
Fixed
CrowdStrike daily usage synchronization. Fixed an issue where the daily usage sync could create duplicate Client Access License (CAL) records instead of updating existing records when a dictionary display field was misconfigured. The synchronization process now correctly updates daily records and removes orphaned duplicate entries, preventing inflated license consumption counts.
Workday OAuth 2.0 connection validation. Fixed an intermittent issue where validating a Workday integration profile could fail with "Socket Closed" or "Transaction Cancelled" errors due to timeout constraints during metadata retrieval. Connection validation now uses a more reliable validation path.
Microsoft 365 scheduled job overlap prevention. Fixed an issue where the SAM - Import M365 User Subscriptions and Collect Microsoft 365 Usage scheduled jobs could start new executions while a previous run was still in progress. Additional safeguards now prevent overlapping job runs.
