The ServiceNow® Legal Simple Compliance suite provides pre-built legal workflows to submit and manage legal compliance requests. It includes the following applications:
- Legal Conflict of Interest - Manage the disclosure, approval, and registry of conflict of interest that might arise from employees having competing interests or loyalties.
- Gifts and Entertainment Compliance - Manage the disclosure that might arise from employees giving or receiving gifts or entertainment to internal or external parties. This also enables you to comply with company policies.
- Legal Stock Preclearance - Manage stock preclearance requests complying with the company’s stock preclearance policy.
- Legal Simple Compliance suite provides pre-built legal workflows to submit and manage legal compliance requests. The suite installs Legal Conflict of Interest, Gifts and Entertainment Compliance, and Legal Stock Preclearance.
