The ServiceNow® GRC Workbench utilizes CMDB information to display upstream and downstream relationships across all applications, enabling consistent risk mapping and modeling across the enterprise.
The GRC Manager [sn_grc.manager] and Risk Manager [sn_risk.manager] can:
- Create entity types, entities, and entity classes.
- Define upstream or downstream relationships between entity classes that make up the dependency model.
The Risk Manager can also:
- Create risk frameworks, risk statements, and risks.
- Define upstream or downstream relationships between risks based on profile classes that make up the dependency model, ensuring risks are defined and evaluated consistently across the enterprise.
