Displays related records in the contextual side panel in Configurable Workspace that dynamically change based on the context of the current record or playbook activity.
The dynamic related records feature provides the following capabilities:
- Gives customer service agents the ability to view related records in the contextual side panel without navigating away from the current page.
- Enables admins to dynamically select a specific related list based on the playbook activity or record.
Improved Dynamic Related Record (DRR) reliability by gracefully handling invalid Related Record Definitions so all valid definitions continue to load.
