ServiceNow®Localization Workspace is a targeted translation management experience for content owners and translation fulfillers. With Localization Workspace you can manage and deliver multilingual content at scale. Localization Workspace is available from Yokohama onwards.

- The following Localization Workspace workflow is accomplished in a single location.
- Preconfigure languages and translation providers.
- Choose your content type, such as KB articles or notifications, then select specific texts to translate.
- Generate cost estimates, then submit translation requests to third-party providers.
- Track and manage all open requests.

- Guided tours to set up language providers and language groups
- Language Asset Management: upload and edit glossaries of terms and their translations
- Cancel translation requests, delete draft requests, and review archived requests from the Home screen
- View the translation method from the translation request details
- Use intelligent due date suggestions based on the scope of your requests

- Yokohama requires that the table sn_lf_setting be correctly configured with these options enabled: "can read", "can update" and "allow access to the table via web services" so that translation projects can be automatically created and updated
