The Voice Controls Simulator tool offers several key features to simulate and test voice control UI flows within the CSM Configurable Workspace. These features can be summarized as follows:
- Launch and Configure
- Launch UI page using the "Launch Test Tool" button
- Configure the phone directory in the Idle State Config page
- Call Simulation and Controls
- Create an Outbound interaction using the "Dial" button
- Simulate an Active call context with call controls
