Now Assist Center is an AI-enablement workspace designed to help customers accelerate and maximize adoption of AI throughout the ServiceNow platform by acting as a centralized portal for all Now Assist AI capabilities.
AI Tools:
- Provides centralized access to all relevant AI applications, reducing effort needed to find applications relative to the current complex navigation hierarchy.
- Provides quick access to documentation, plug-in details, and navigation for each of the available tools.
AI Foundations:
- Provides administrators with guidance through the creation of the core components needed to put AI to work, minimizing the “where do I go next?” problem.
Available from the ALL menu as Now Assist Center
