The ServiceNow Operational Technology Manager application enables customers to aggregate Operational Technology (OT) information utilizing service graph connectors that integrate with third-party OT security providers, and ServiceNow's discovery engine for IT devices in industrial environments. The ability to combine data from multiple sources builds a solid data foundation of OT environments.
- Populate OT asset inventory data from OT security providers using OT Certified Service Graph Connectors

- When you use CMDB groups to add OT context to IT CIs, you can no longer create an Automated IT OT Bulk Contextualization record with more than 1 CMDB group
- The Automated IT OT Bulk Contextualization - Using CMDB groups scheduled job can only process 10,000 CIs at one time. If you have more than 10,000 CIs, the remaining CIs will be processed in the next job run
