The Kyndryl Integration - Azure DevOps (ADO) application provides the ability to automatically create and update Azure DevOps (ADO) issues from incident tickets. Once created, these ADO issues can be worked on whilst the source incident ticket is updated in real-time.
- Improve productivity as work can be centralized in Azure DevOps for work to be done across multiple ServiceNow instances.
- Single ‘Funnel of Work’ easily shows tasks to be done for incident resolution, change tasks and catalog resolution making is faster to prioritize work.
- Can be implemented as part of a heterogeneous infrastructure to consolidate work.
- Utilize Azure DevOps features and functions to assist in executing and representing work.

- Bi-directional real time integration between ServiceNow incidents and Azure ADO issues
- Automatic updates of comments and work_notes in ServiceNow based on discussion updated in ADO
- Configurable field and state mappings between ServiceNow fields and ADO
- Automatic transfer of attachments in ServiceNow to ADO
- Automatic resolution of incident based on closure of corresponding ADO task
- Rerouting an incident to a non ADO assignment group will automatically close the ADO task
