The Talent Feedback app enables managers to seamlessly collect and manage employee feedback directly within Manager Hub. It supports two key capabilities: Skill Feedback, where managers can request and track targeted feedback on specific employee skills from collaborators, and Employee Feedback, powered by an AI agent that recommends relevant contributors and templates to ensure actionable, high-quality input. Feedback requests are streamlined through To-Dos in Employee Centre, and all responses are centralized for easy access and review, helping managers drive more informed talent development decisions.
The Talent feedback app enables feedback collection features on Manager Hub. The 2 feedback features available are:
1. Skill feedback
- Managers can request feedback on one or more employee skills from the employee's collaborators. Feedback requests can be created from the 'Skills' section in Manager Hub.
- Managers can also track the feedback requests sent and choose to withdraw them when needed
- Managers can access all the received skill feedback for an employee in one centralized location
- Feedback requests are sent to collaborators as To-Dos in Employee Centre
- This feature requires Skills Intelligence plugin
2. Employee feedback
- Using the Employee feedback collection AI agent, managers can collect feedback on their reportees.
- The agent recommends collaborators using data from employee profile, Talent development applications, employee journeys and optionally, from collaboration data from Microsoft Graph
- Managers can select from the available feedback templates (configured by the admin using Platform Surveys tool), improving relevance and actionability of feedback
For the Mar'26 release, the Talent feedback app was enhanced to include support for feedback templates in the Employee feedback collection AI agent.
- Using the Employee feedback collection AI agent, managers can collect feedback on their reportees.The agent recommends collaborators using data from employee profile, Talent development applications, employee journeys and optionally, from collaboration data from Microsoft Graph
- In the previous release, the agent supported only a single type of feedback request (an open ended feedback request where a manager can add a custom note to the feedback provider and request a text response).
- From Mar'26, managers can select from a list of available feedback templates (configured by the admin using Platform Surveys tool), improving relevance and actionability of feedback
- Managers can also see a summary of the recent feedback collected for an employee and navigate to a feedback page in Manager Hub to view all collected feedback
