Workflow to Flow Migration

Out-of-the-Box Disclaimers
Configurable policy disclaimers are now displayed to users during the ordering process, reducing the risk of policy violations and improving transparency.
Custom Accessory Requests
Users could request accessories outside of their catalog (if enabled). This field now is configurable, giving admins the flexibility to control non-standard requests.
Device Identifier
Introduced a new validation: "Mobile Device has empty IMEI and Serial Number". This rule helps detect and prevent incomplete records, significantly improving device data quality.
UEM Improvements
Device Model Consistency
To maintain accurate records, the system will no longer create new device models during UEM sync if there’s a mismatch with an existing one already assigned. We made it configurable, so it can be disabled.
Proactive UEM Sync Issue Reporting
If a UEM sync fails, the system now automatically alerts the customer and creates an internal support incident. This ensures quicker issue resolution and improves customer satisfaction by avoiding surprise failures.
E-Bonding Product Support
Brightfin continues to enhance e-bonding capabilities. Multi-BAN order management improves precise reporting, while shipping tracking is now available for IMSA T-Mobile Europe. AT&T and Verizon APIs now support retail and installment pricing options, with smarter area code allocation and improved shipping info validation. Localization updates for Telus (Canada) and Vodafone (Germany) enhance address handling and requestor name retention.
