ServiceNow® Legal Matter Management is included with Legal Service Delivery and helps remove the pain of manual spreadsheet trackers by providing a simple, secure, and project-centric approach to managing complex legal matters. Pre-defined and configurable matter templates help streamline the creation process with defined phases, tasks, milestones, and owners. Tasks can be distributed to individuals on a limited-access basis as part of a discovery gathering process and removed upon completion, ensuring privacy and security are maintained throughout. Automated notifications and reminders are sent out to assigned task owners and business stakeholders, ensuring everyone is kept informed.
