Kyndryl Request Manager is a standalone application that includes workflow to manage new requests through qualification, requirement definition, solutioning, proposal, implementation, invoicing to completion in simplified and fast process.
- It is an extension to Request for Service with easy integration to existing ITSM processes
- Separation of duties feature ensuring only right employees can use the right features. Fully compatible with use of ServiceNow native Access Control Lists.
- Approval process which is driven on group membership level
