The ServiceNow® Smart Assessment Connected application enables the following:

- Navigate the assessments efficiently using a progress indicator showing how much of the evaluation is completed. Questions are paginated to help you more easily navigate the assessment. Your work is automatically saved, eliminating the need for manual saving and helping to prevent data loss. You also have the option to reassign in-progress assessments to another user or cancel assessments that are no longer needed.
- Combining multiple assessments into a single, unified submission
- Combine multiple assigned assessments into a single, streamlined view. You can efficiently manage, submit, or reassign these combined assessments. You can use features like bulk submit or bulk reassign to handle all assessments in one action.

- Granular delegation lets the primary owner assign individual assessment sections to relevant subject‑matter experts for completion. Respondents can edit only their assigned sections while viewing the entire assessment for context. The primary owner can monitor overall assessment progress and maintains final review and submission capabilities.
