Integration
Enrich the ServiceNow CMDB with detailed SAP configuration data to enable:
- Faster root cause analysis for SAP issues to reduce outages
- Accurate and complete SAP Inventory data
- Service Mapping for SAP applications
- Identification of SAP security and patch data.

Avantra 25.3.2 is the minimum required version for this release.
Integration Commons for CMDB 2.25 (or later) is required for this release.
- Now uses granular CMDB roles (cmdb_inst_admin, SGC Admin, SGC Viewer) instead of the platform admin role — assign the appropriate role to your integration user after upgrading.
- Added the cross-scope privilege for cmdb_ci so Configuration item references display correctly under the Australia dot-walk scope enforcement.
Avantra Pro Edition release 25.3.2 or higher.
Note:
1. Avantra's ITSM integration is provided via a separate Store Application
2. Avantra's Integration Hub and Event Management and integrations are separate from this ServiceGraph Connector Application.
Other Requirements:Usage of this Service Graph Connector requires a subscription to a Subscription Unit based IT Operations Management (ITOM) Visibility or ITOM Discovery application.
Managed IT Resources (as defined in Section 1.1 of the ServiceNow Subscription Unit Overview - https://www.servicenow.com/content/dam/servicenow-assets/public/en-us/doc-type/legal/servicenow-subscription-unit-overview.pdf) created or modified in the CMDB by this Service Graph Connector, but not yet managed by ITOM Visibility or ITOM Discovery, will increase Subscription Unit consumption within that application. Customers should review their current Subscription Unit consumption within ITOM Visibility or ITOM Discovery to ensure available capacity.
