The Vulnerability Response workspace has been updated to reflect the expanded risk change capability. The bulk edit panel now accurately represents that users can request either a risk increase or a risk decrease not just a reduction when managing vulnerabilities through the workspace
- Bulk edit support for risk change requests in both directions increase and decrease
- Updated labels and descriptions across the workspace UI to use "Risk Change" terminology consistently
- Ensures the workspace accurately reflects the underlying exception management workflow

- Updated bulk edit checkbox label from "Request for Risk Reduction" to "Request for Risk Change" for clearer operation scope.
Fixed:
- Improved risk framework calculations to accurately account for compensating controls that reduce or increase risk exposure.
No additional requirements. This update is purely a UI label and metadata change within the Vulnerability Response workspace, fully compatible with existing configurations.
