The customer contracts and entitlements application provides the data model to store contracts, contract lines, and entitlements. Contracts from external systems can be imported using specifically designed APIs.
Customer contracts and entitlements has the following features:
- Enable users to create customer contracts and entitlements.
- Import and synchronize existing contracts in external systems.
- Provide visibility into contracts and entitlements data to agents.
- Support for hierarchical products on contract lines to support complex subscriptions.
