Now Assist for Health and Safety enhances your ServiceNow® Health and Safety Incident Management experience. It includes incident summarization that makes it easy to summarize the details of safety incidents. The Health and safety incident summarization skill summarizes incident record details, root cause analyses performed, and any corrective or preventive actions that were assigned when working on safety incidents in the Health and Safety Workspace.
Additionally, the Incident Pattern Analysis dashboard empowers more proactive incident prevention by identifying incident patterns across multiple dimensions such as time, location, people involved, incident category, assets, injury type, and severity. The dashboard includes an impact summary based on the detected patterns, so you can see the most important details you need to make your workplace safer. All incident patterns provide a natural language summary of the identified pattern with suggested remediation actions to help prevent the pattern from repeating.
