The entitlement verification APIs enable querying customer entitlements to help customer service personnel to seamlessly and accurately identify the level of service or support a customer is promised.
The APIs provide relevant entitlement data in response to a flexible set of input parameters.
REST APIs that can be consumed by ServiceNow or external applications to list the entitlements and coverage data are based on:
- Account, Sold Product, Contract, Contract Line
- Characteristics of a given entitlement
Fixed minor defect fixes.
