When you erase a device using any Ziperase softwares such as USB Erase, Command Center, Array Erase, or Device Link - a certified report is generated and stored securely in the Ziperase Customer Portal.
The Ziperase Enterprise Connector then delivers key data from the Ziperase device erasure report such as Erasure Status, Erased At (timestamp), Erasure Method, Ziperase URL (link to erasure certificate) directly into ServiceNow, matching it to the correct asset using the serial number as the unique hardware asset identifier.
The result: your hardware asset record now includes proof that the device was securely erased, along with details of how and when, all without manual data entry.
