The included eSignifi Spoke Flow actions allow for Flow Designers to leverage their eSignifi Maps to integrate ServiceNow with DocuSign, via Flow Designer.
Allows eSignifi developers to execute powerful eSignifi Maps from ServiceNow Flow Designer. The eSignifi Maps allow the customer to create integration solutions/integrations between ServiceNow and DocuSign. There are three Flow Actions included in the eSignifi Spoke solution. The first will allow a ServiceNow Flow developer to execute an eSignifi Map from Flow. The other two Actions are wait for conditions. The first waits for the envelope to be completed (Signed by all recipients) and the second waits for each of the envelope recipients to sign the envelope.
- Added a new Action: Get Decline Reason - Will retrieve the reason why an envelope was rejected.
- Updated existing Action, Wait for Signature from DocuSign which will now return back an envelope status.
