ServiceNow® Now Assist in Contract Management provides attorneys with AI contract analysis to efficiently review contracts for missing or non-standard clauses during the contract review and negotiation stage as per the company's standard playbook. It also supports the Agentic AI workflow for signed contracts to manage the metadata extraction, obligation extraction and automatically create reminders for the notice period of contract renewals or terminations of the contract. It also provides conversational search using natural language, enabling you to search the contract repository using NowAssist.
The Now Assist in Contract Management application has the following features:
- Provides contract review (on Non-disclosure agreements) capability to the contract attorneys.
- Identifies the missing or non-standard clauses in a contract document.
- Highlights the specific section in the document related to the non-standard or missing clauses.
