This application enables autofill and export of OSHA 301, 300, and 300A reports with the click of a button from the ServiceNow Health and Safety application. The Health and Safety application includes a dedicated role for managing these tasks, as well as an establishment list where your annual reports are saved per establishment.
- Enables compliance manager role to export the following autofilled artifacts:
- OSHA 301 incident reports
- Annual OSHA 300 recordable incident logs
- Annual OSHA 300A incident summaries
- Reports can be exported as either PDF or CSV report file type

- The OSHA 300A PDF now correctly populates the "Annual Average Employees" field in Health and Safety Incident Management. This resolves previous omissions and ensures accurate reporting.
