ServiceNow® Access Analyzer is an application that helps administrators and developers view permissions for the selected user, role or group. Administrators can compare the access of two users and also simulate how access to a resource changes for a user when the roles/groups are added and/or removed.
Using Access Analyzer, organizations can improve their security posture by understanding who (identity) has access to what (resources).
ServiceNow® Access Analyzer helps to:
- Access Analyzer for AA_admin: AA_admin role can be assigned to users for them to have access to access analyzer.
- Access insights: Help administrators with access insights about role and group entitlement at a peer level (same company, department, manager) and at the organization level.
