The Metrics application for IRM and Operational Sustainability Management helps you define metrics, enabling other applications to assess, compare, track, and report performance. It enables organizations to define qualitative and quantitative data metrics manually or automatically collect them periodically from the ServiceNow AI Platform for tracking and reporting.
Some examples of metrics include the number of new hires, electricity consumption, employee donations, groundwater usage, and the number of pieces of equipment resold or reused.

• Define aggregation and calculation logic for advanced use cases.
- Configure thresholds with multiple levels and ranges for granular monitoring.
- Duplicate and modify existing thresholds to streamline creation.
- Automated actions are immediately triggered when thresholds are breached.
The GRC: Profiles plugin is activated automatically with the GRC: Metrics application.
